Managed IT and AMC services are subject to the specific cancellation terms defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). Generally, annual contracts can be cancelled with a 30-day notice period. Refunds for partial periods are calculated based on the unused technical nodes.
Software licenses (e.g., Veeam, SupportEngine modules) are generally non-refundable once the activation key has been manifested. For hardware components provided during AMC:
Refund requests are reviewed by our Technical Finance team within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment node or credited to the organization's account for future service renewals.
Custom AI infrastructure builds, emergency one-time recovery services, and specialized cybersecurity audits (VAPT) are non-refundable due to the intensive engineering labor involved.
