We investigate disconnected hosts, missing LUNs, unavailable paths, intermittent access and multipath configuration issues. Checks cover controller ports, cabling, supported adapters, drivers, firmware and host operating system. FC zoning, iSCSI discovery and network settings, or direct SAS connections are reviewed according to the installed configuration. Initiator registration, host settings and volume mappings are checked.

Support includes approved configuration corrections, host rescans and volume access validation. We review supported MPIO or host multipathing settings, path status and redundant connections. Multiple sessions alone do not establish independent redundant paths. Failover testing requires customer approval and an agreed maintenance window.

Share the MSA model, serial number, controller interface, host OS, adapter details, topology and error messages. Logs should be provided through an approved secure channel. Scope, charges, scheduling and service warranty are confirmed in the quotation. Hardware replacement, data recovery, migration and wider network redesign are quoted separately. Resolution depends on the root cause; no fixed completion time or zero-downtime guarantee is implied.
